Hello, good Evening.
My name is Wilson Perez and I belong to the training program Technology in Electronic Product Development with the class code 3118409. My English instructor is Angie Coca, and this audio is part of the activity about Making decisions.
Throughout my academic and professional experience, I have understood that decision-making, adaptability, and responsibility are essential to succeed in any environment.
I began my academic path studying Electronic Product Development at SENA, where I have developed both technical knowledge and soft skills. My goal is to continue improving so I can contribute to technological solutions and safety practices in the workplace.
In the short term, I want to strengthen my English skills, finish my training successfully, and apply what I have learned in real work situations. In the long term, I hope to participate in projects related to automation, renewable energy, and occupational safety. I believe that if I keep studying and practicing, I will have better opportunities for professional growth.
I try to stay focused on self-direction. For example, if I face a difficult task, I look for information, analyze the problem, and ask for support when necessary. Also, if I organize my time well, I can complete my responsibilities more effectively.
Flexibility has also been important. If a project changes unexpectedly, I adapt my plan and work with others to find solutions. And if I need a new skill to finish a task, I am willing to learn it.
Finally, I know that leadership requires responsibility. If I had the chance to lead a team, I would promote communication, teamwork, and problem-solving to achieve positive results.
